Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Nest Clinic. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, our website hosted on Squarespace, and our online booking system powered by Acuity Scheduling. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Nest Clinic ("we," "our," or "the Clinic") is located at 11 Newton Road, Urmston, Manchester M41 5AF
1. Our Services
Nest Clinic provides holistic health therapies and wellness services. These include, but are not limited to:
Acupuncture
Cupping
Reflexology
Facials
Massage Therapy
Fertility Treatment
All treatments provided are complementary therapies designed to support your overall well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified doctor or general practitioner (GP).
2. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments must be booked through our online booking platform, Acuity Scheduling, accessible via our official Squarespace website, or via phone/in person where permitted.
To secure a booking via Acuity Scheduling, you are required to provide valid payment card details and/or a deposit at the time of scheduling.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide during the Acuity booking process is accurate so that you can receive automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
We value your time and that of our practitioners. Because appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, we enforce the following policy:
Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least [24/48] hours' notice before your scheduled time. Changes should be made directly through the management link in your Acuity Scheduling confirmation email or via our Squarespace site.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than [24/48] hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee equal to [50% / 100%] of the treatment cost, charged automatically to the card on file via Acuity Scheduling.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the missed service to your card on file.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent clients. The full service fee will still apply.
4. Client Health, Disclosures, and Consent
Your safety is our top priority. Holistic therapies carry specific contraindications.
Medical History: You must complete a health consultation form accurately and honestly prior to your first treatment. You must inform your practitioner of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancies, medications, or recent surgeries.
Ongoing Updates: It is your ongoing responsibility to inform your practitioner of any changes to your health status before any subsequent treatment begins.
Right to Refuse Treatment: Nest Clinic reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if a practitioner deems that a service may be unsafe or contraindicated for your health status.
5. Fees and Payment
Prices for all services are detailed on our official Squarespace website and within the Acuity Scheduling catalogue, and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Full payment is due at the time of service, minus any advanced deposit paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Card details saved securely during booking through Acuity Scheduling are processed via our secure third-party payment processor. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless/bank transfer.
6. Code of Conduct
Nest Clinic is committed to providing a safe, tranquil, and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
Inappropriate behaviour, aggressive language, or sexual misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
If a practitioner feels uncomfortable or unsafe, the session will be terminated immediately, the client will be asked to leave the premises, and the full treatment fee will remain payable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nest Clinic and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises at 11 Newton Road.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from a client’s failure to disclose relevant medical history or health conditions.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Nest Clinic respects your privacy and handles all personal data, medical histories, and contact information in accordance with prevailing data protection regulations (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). Data collected online through our Squarespace website and Acuity Scheduling is securely stored and processed in compliance with these regulations. Your clinical notes are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our official Squarespace website and will apply to all bookings made through Acuity Scheduling or other channels after the date of publication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
