Your fertility first acupuncture treatment begins with a thorough consultation and review of your medical and fertility history, allowing us to understand your individual needs, treatment goals and where you are in your fertility journey.
We will discuss any relevant bloodwork, fertility investigations or medical information, and BBT charts if appropriate.
This is followed by a personalised acupuncture treatment, tailored to support your individual needs.

Your first fertility reflexology appointment begins with a consultation and review of your medical and fertility history, allowing us to understand your individual needs followed by a personalised relaxing reflexology treatment, and guidance for ongoing treatment where appropriate.

Once you have booked your first appointment you are sent an in-depth client form to fill in prior to your appointment. In your first consultation, a review of your medical history is taken. It has shown in studies that acupuncture can lead to a significant improvement in sperm quality and motility. It is thought that acupuncture may enhance male fertility by improving hormone levels and testicular blood flow by reducing inflammation and stress levels which have an adverse effect on male fertility.
Male fertility acupuncture treatment is scheduled once or twice a week over a period of 10 weeks together with dietary and lifestyle advice.
