Fertility Acupuncture and Reflexology

Your fertility first acupuncture treatment begins with a thorough consultation and review of your medical and fertility history, allowing us to understand your individual needs, treatment goals and where you are in your fertility journey.
We will discuss any relevant bloodwork, fertility investigations or medical information, and BBT charts if appropriate.
This is followed by a personalised acupuncture treatment, tailored to support your individual needs.

These sessions are for couples who are preparing for IVF or wanting to improve their well being for natural conception. It is recommended to have the sessions x 1 a week for 12 weeks.
You arrive together for your appointment and are treated at the same time. Please note an individual First Fertility Acupuncture Consultation appointment is required before starting the course.

Pregnancy Support

Acupuncture is used to support the natural birthing process by promoting balance and encouraging the body’s innate readiness for labour. Specific points are stimulated to encourage your body to begin labour on its own, ease tension and support your overall comfort. This is a relaxing session and helps reduce any pre labour anxiety and stress.

This treatment is to support expectant mothers whose baby is presenting in the breech position. Using gentle acupuncture with a moxibustion herbal technique, encourages optimal foetal positioning. Often recommended by midwives. The treatment is relaxing and increases natural repositioning.
